1. DMCA Compliance

2.1 Submitting a DMCA Notice

If you believe that content on IPTV Stream infringes your copyright, you may submit a written DMCA notice to our Copyright Agent. To be effective, your notice must include all of the following:

  5. Verification Statement:
    A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that:
    • You are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner or are the copyright owner
    • The information in your notice is accurate
    • You understand that false statements are subject to perjury laws
  6. Your Signature:
    Your physical or electronic signature (typed name is acceptable for electronic submission).

4. Our Response to DMCA Notices

4.1 Investigation & Verification

  • We will investigate all notices that comply with DMCA requirements
  • We will verify the validity of the claim
  • Investigation typically takes 24-48 hours
  • We may contact you for clarification if needed

4.2 Content Removal

  • If we determine the notice is valid, we will remove or disable access to the infringing content
  • We will do so as expeditiously as possible
  • We will notify the user/content provider of the removal
  • We will preserve evidence in case of disputes

4.3 Notification to User

We will notify the user or content provider responsible for the infringing content that we have removed or disabled access to it in response to a DMCA notice. The notification will include:

  • A copy of the DMCA notice (if applicable)
  • The reason for removal or disabling
  • Information about counter-notices

5. Counter-Notice Procedure

5.1 Submitting a Counter-Notice

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled in error, you may submit a counter-notice to our Copyright Agent. Your counter-notice must include:

  1. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address
  2. Identification of the removed content
  3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the removal was in error
  4. A statement that you consent to jurisdiction of a Federal District Court in the United States
  5. Your physical or electronic signature

5.2 Counter-Notice Contact

Send counter-notices to the same Copyright Agent email address. Please include "[COUNTER-NOTICE]" in the subject line.

5.3 Our Response

  • We will notify the copyright claimant of your counter-notice
  • We will restore the content unless the claimant files a court action
  • If a court action is filed, content will remain disabled pending resolution
  • The process typically takes 10-14 business days

6. Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, IPTV Stream has a policy of terminating the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of copyright or other intellectual property rights. We may, in our sole discretion:

  • Suspend account access
  • Restrict features or functionality
  • Terminate the user's account permanently
  • Ban the user's IP address

A "repeat infringer" is someone who has been notified of infringing activity more than once and continues to engage in infringing conduct.

7. Incomplete or Invalid Notices

If your DMCA notice is incomplete or does not comply with DMCA requirements, we may:

  • Request additional information
  • Reject the notice
  • Take no action pending clarification

Submitting false or misleading information in a DMCA notice may expose you to liability for damages, including attorney's fees and costs.

8. Disclaimer

IPTV Stream is not responsible for monitoring user-uploaded content, streaming sources, or third-party channels. We respond to valid DMCA notices as required by law. However, we do not guarantee that:

  • All infringing content will be identified or removed immediately
  • Notices from third parties are always valid or accurate
  • Content will remain available after removal is requested
  • Similar content from other sources will be found or removed
